As an alternative product to steel grating, aluminum grating uses aluminum alloy 6063 as the material, with the main alloying elements being magnesium and silicon. The following is the entire construction process
The contour size of the aluminum grating after pressing is 6 meters x 1.25 meters. It can be cut into different sizes and shapes of plates according to actual usage needs, and welded with flat aluminum to the cut section. The cut plates are numbered according to the design drawings. The construction site only needs to place the boards in the designated positions according to the construction drawings.
The T-shaped plate is the latest generation of aluminum grating products, which uses flat aluminum with an I-shaped cross-section instead of the original standard rectangular cross-section as the main load-bearing component. The upper and lower ends of the T-shaped flat aluminum have added anti-slip grooves that run through the length direction of the flat aluminum, ensuring the anti-slip performance of the T-shaped aluminum grating; The thickness of the middle part of the T-shaped flat aluminum is greatly reduced compared to the standard rectangular section of the flat aluminum. After forming, the weight per unit area of the T-shaped plate and the standard aluminum grid plate is greatly reduced, while the bearing capacity does not change much, greatly reducing the cost of using the T-shaped aluminum grid plate.
The T-shaped plate has a more beautiful shape and lighter weight than the toothed plate. Mainly suitable for laying on the ground or platforms, such as pedestrian walkways, stairs, maintenance platforms, etc., which do not require high load-bearing capacity.
Sunshade is a special type of aluminum grating, which is formed by bending flat aluminum at a fixed angle (scientifically designed according to the sunlight angle) and standard aluminum rods through equipment compression and locking. Mainly used for shading the exterior windows of buildings. The use of this sunshade can resist direct sunlight, effectively reducing indoor light intensity and heat absorption of indoor items without affecting the lighting effect. It is a new type of environmentally friendly and energy-saving product.
