Industrial column railing
Industrial columns, also known as column railings or spherical columns. Industrial columns are easy to install, beautiful and novel, sturdy and durable. According to the material, it is divided into carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. Aluminum alloy column processing technology, the column is made by extrusion welding of aluminum profiles. The column tube is extruded from the profile – first cut the aluminum tube – press it into the mold to form a ball – drill holes on the ball – and spot weld the ball and tube onto the mold for positioning – perform argon arc welding while rotating on the rotary machine.
The column, also known as the ball joint column, is more commonly used for exits and is used in conjunction with aluminum grids and steel gratings to build platforms. Surface treatment: Aluminum columns are usually exported with smooth surface treatment, while carbon steel columns are usually exported with black parts or hot-dip galvanized treatment

Color Range
Our aluminum top rails are powder coated in various RAL colors. This powder coating can be made of nylon and polyester materials, among which nylon has excellent chemical resistance and can provide the highest level of wear resistance, making it the preferred application. Polyester fiber, on the other hand, has weather resistance and UV resistance, providing better color stability than nylon. Nylon, on the other hand, fades faster after prolonged exposure to sunlight. Neaco can achieve customized RAL colors because we have our own internal powder coating factory. The powder coating gives the railing a satin smooth surface, which is non shattering, permanent, wear-resistant, and wear-resistant.

The weight of aluminum is only one-third of that of steel, making it easy to install and operate. It also meets DDA standards, is corrosion-resistant, and fully recyclable, with high residual value. The components are carefully designed and easy to assemble, using mechanical fasteners and smooth top armrest connections to provide tactile comfort. Optional kickboards can be provided, and fixed parts can be provided according to your requirements. All of our railings and handrails can be provided as ground products or added with powder coating elements to create visually contrasting choices.

Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center
On the upcoming completion of the Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center project, this all-metal ladder platform is particularly eye-catching. The project fully demonstrates the charm of the scheme design, with the use of Switzer I-bar flooring material and a spacing of only 11.1 millimeters, perfectly solving the problem of high heels getting stuck, while also possessing strong drainage. The fences on both sides are made of Yipan Dewang products, which are connected to the main structure through bolt installation to ensure stability without leaving any welding scars, making the overall appearance more beautiful. We look forward to the final presentation after the project is completed.
